We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars, however international customers have the option to shop in a variety of currencies including, but not limited to:
• Australian – AUD
• Canadian - CAD
• Euros – EUR
• British Pounds – GBD
• Japanese Yen – JPY
Purchases can be made online through 2checkout’s secure server. Charges will show up on your credit card statement as 2CO.
We also accept orders by fax, just select the ‘Pay by Fax’ option once you click on the Checkout button, then print and fill out the order form and fax it to us using the number provided. All details such as your name and address that are required to complete your purchase will be used solely for that purpose and will not be made available to anyone that is not involved in that process.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped through UPS. Once an order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to the buyer with the UPS tracking number for the shipped item. Please allow 10 -15 days for delivery. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, we must have a proper address and the item must be signed for upon its delivery. Depending on your country there may be import duties payable on works of art. Please check with your relevant local custom authorities.
All paintings are packaged to ensure their protection during transit. If, however your order arrives in a damaged state because of rough shipping conditions or inappropriate handling by your mail carrier, this is an issue to be resolved with the shippers.
Privacy Policy:
The Frame Centre Gallery will not sell, lease or share your information with any other parties. During your visit to our website, we do not record any personal information from you or your computer.
Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied, contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days of the arrival of your order. We will then notify you via e-mail with a Return Tracking Number (RTN) if the decision to provide a refund has been approved. Upon approval of a refund, you should return the ordered item, shipping it via UPS. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to the Frame Centre Gallery.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The purchase price (less 10%) will be sent to the buyer upon receipt of the painting(s) in Jamaica AND the item has not been damaged, tampered with and is still in the ‘as sent’ condition. We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time, without notice.
